Complaints / Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution for Consumers
The Diakonie München und Oberbayern – Innere Mission München e.V. and Hilfe im Alter Gmbh will not participate, and is not obligated to participate, in any out-of-court dispute resolution proceedings pursuant to the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).
